- How long until my gear ships?
theSTORE takes about 3-5 business days to process and fulfill orders.
- Can I return or exchange my items if I am unhappy?
Unfortunately, theSTORE does not except returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- I received the wrong items. Can I get what I asked for?
Of course, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to get you the correct items.
- Can I exchange the items I purchased online in store?
Yes- theSTORE allows you to exchange items you bought online in store. But, only within 7 business days of the package's arrival date.
- I didn't receive my order. What do I do?
First, please check with your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, please email us at email@example.com and we will figure out what went wrong. For international orders, please remember theSTORE is not responsible for packages once it reaches the importing countries customs.
